This research is motivated by the importance of realizing the Golden Generation of Indonesia 2045 amidst the challenges of globalization, moral degradation, and educational inequality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development, publication sources, researchers, research topics, and research roadmap related to the Golden Generation of Indonesia from 2010 to 2025. The research method used is quantitative with bibliometric research methods. Primary data consists of 266 articles (clean data) from Google Scholar, while secondary data comes from books, journals, proceedings, theses, dissertations, and valid internet sources. The analysis was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method supported by the Publish or Perish (PoP) and VOSviewer applications. The results of the study show a significant increase in publications, especially in 2023–2025; repositories dominate publication sources (50.8%), followed by journals (39.4%) and proceedings (9.8%); there are 26 active researchers who contribute; Dominant topics include strategic roles, quality, innovation, adaptability, strengthening, and preservation of art; and a roadmap for the future focusing on education, technology, culture, and national character. This study's limitations lie in the limited database (Google Scholar) and analytical tools. Recommendations for further research include expanding the database to Scopus or WoS and utilizing a wider range of bibliometric tools for more comprehensive results.
