Abstract

Among the important pillars in Islamic practice, there are four main things that are closely related to each other, namely tabligh, da'wah, sermon, and marriage. This study aims to examine the provisions of Islamic fiqh related to tabligh, da'wah, sermon, and marriage in Islam, as well as their relevance to the formation of a sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah family. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. The choice of this method is based on the nature of the main research data which is documentary, namely in the form of religious texts and scientific literature relevant to the topic of Islamic fiqh studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) tabligh includes the principles of truth (al-haqq), clarity (al-bayyinah), and wisdom (al-hikmah); (2) da'wah has various methods that can adapt to current developments, including in facing the challenges of contemporary radicalism; (3) sermons have conditions, pillars, and sunnah that must be met to be valid; and (4) marriage in Islam requires the fulfillment of the pillars and legal requirements, accompanied by emotional commitment, financial commitment, childcare, and good communication. This research is expected to strengthen the scientific foundation of Islamic jurisprudence for Islamic Education students and Islamic education practitioners at the secondary level.
