Kebijakan Madrasah dalam Menerapkan Program Tahfidz Sebagai Standar Kompetensi Lulusan Siswa MI

In the world of education, formal institutions have a very important role in educating the nation's children and improving human resources with dignity and noble character. This study aims to determine how the madrasah policy is in implementing the tahfidz program, the implementation of the tahfidz program and the effectiveness of the tahfidz program in improving students' SKL at MI Cekoks Ponorogo. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, qualitative data is obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Data collection uses research instruments in the form of questions called interview guidelines, interview guidelines use data triangulation and data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of this study are that the madrasah policy in implementing the tahfidz program at MI Ma'ariff Cekoks Ponorogo is realized through a superior program that is included in the madrasah curriculum by including the tahfidz program in the learning schedule that must be followed by all students and will receive a SP (warning letter) if a violation occurs. The implementation of the tahfidz program at MI Ma'ariff Cekoks uses the drill method and individual deposits using the One Day One Verse system and daily evaluation. The effectiveness of the tahfidz program in improving the SKl of MI Ma'ariff Cekoks students is shown by the achievement of the indicators that have been set by obtaining a score of 75 and above with a statement of passing.
