Blockchain Kripto dan Pancasila: Kajian Hukum Internasional terhadap Perdagangan Elektronik

The development of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies presents legal challenges and strategic opportunities for Indonesia's financial sovereignty. With the absence of uniform global regulations, developing countries like Indonesia need to formulate policies that can maintain national financial stability without hindering innovation. This study aims to analyze how Pancasila values can be integrated into digital asset regulations, as well as evaluate relevant international policies on e-commerce. This research method uses a normative legal approach based on literature studies, analyzing national and international regulations governing cryptocurrency trading. The results of the study show that Indonesia still faces challenges in the form of legal uncertainty, low digital financial literacy, and weak cross-country supervision. However, the potential of blockchain in increasing transparency, transaction efficiency, and financial inclusion is still quite large. Therefore, regulations are needed that not only comply with international standards, but are also based on Pancasila values such as social justice, deliberation, and unity. Key recommendations include strengthening the legal framework, increasing public education, and active collaboration in international forums to ensure a safe, inclusive, and sustainable cryptocurrency ecosystem in Indonesia.
