Employee productivity is a crucial element in supporting the achievement of company goals. However, low productivity is often influenced by various factors, such as leadership style and work motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Akbar Global Express in Tangerang City. This study used a quantitative method with a causal approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 27, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that, partially, leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, these two independent variables also significantly influenced employee productivity, contributing 76.1% to the variation in productivity studied. The conclusion of this study is that an effective leadership style and high work motivation can significantly increase employee productivity. Therefore, companies are expected to pay attention to leadership style and motivational factors to encourage optimal employee performance.
