Abstract

High productivity reflects an employee's ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, which impacts overall organizational performance. This study aims to determine the effect of communication and work skills on employee productivity at PT Surya Indah Baja Tangerang. The method used was a quantitative approach with primary data collected through a Google Form questionnaire and saturated sampling technique. The study population was all permanent employees, with 37 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing (t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination). The results showed that communication partially influenced employee productivity at PT Surya Indah Baja Tangerang. Work skills also partially influenced employee productivity at PT Surya Indah Baja Tangerang. The R-Squared value of 0.799 indicates that communication and work skills contributed 79.9% to employee productivity, with the remainder influenced by variables outside this study.
