The Influence of Work Morale and Work Discipline on the Work Productivity of Xinchuan Telecom,.CO.LTD Employees

High employee productivity is a current demand. Therefore, company leaders must pay attention to work morale, as it is a mental attitude that can motivate someone to work harder, faster, and better. Another factor that determines work productivity is work discipline, as a lack of discipline will significantly impact employee efficiency and task performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Morale and Work Discipline on the Work Productivity of Xinchuan Telecom,.CO.LTD employees, an online shop company. This research method uses a quantitative statistical approach and was conducted over a three-month period, from March to May 2025, with a sample of 40 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and then analyzed using SPSS 25. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, Work Morale and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity of Xinchuan Telecom,.CO.LTD employees. The dominant variable is work discipline. This means that employee work productivity can be achieved by the company if employees can concentrate more on completing their work according to the specified time and work time can be optimized.
