Abstract

The success of task implementation in achieving organizational goals is not only determined by the availability of facilities, infrastructure, and technology, but also depends heavily on the optimization of human resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the 360-degree feedback method in the employee performance appraisal system at CV. Suvana Solusi Mandiri and to measure its effectiveness in providing fair and comprehensive evaluations. The method used in this study is the 360-degree feedback performance appraisal approach, an assessment mechanism that collects information from various parties who interact directly with employees, including superiors, coworkers, subordinates, customers, and self-assessments. This approach aims to obtain a comprehensive and objective picture of individual performance in the work environment. The results show that the implementation of this method resulted in a final assessment categorized as "Good" for all employees involved. These findings indicate that the 360-degree feedback method is capable of providing effective, fair, and participatory assessment results and can be used as a basis for decision-making regarding employee development and continuous performance improvement.
